I am writing this review with extreme disappointment. On 17-06-2026, I made a payment of Rs. 79999 for MAC MIN 4. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but I have not received the product or the service yet. I have reached out to Apple Customer Support multiple times (My Order/Reference ID is: W1861452344 , but I have not received any proper resolution or timeline. They keep making excuses. It is absolutely shocking and unacceptable that a premium brand like Apple is holding a customer's hard-earned money and providing zero support. This feels like a complete scam. I demand an immediate full refund or the prompt delivery of my product. If this is not resolved swiftly, I will be forced to take legal action and file an official complaint in the Consumer Court.
