Generator X Pro display problem
I bought a Generator x Pro. Then later another one, and another one. I was satisfied. Unfortunately, one of them broke down, nothing was visible on the screen. It worked in 0-24 hours. I tried it, the remote would flash if I set it to blind for some program, so the generator part could work. I connected it to the computer and it saw the uploaded programs. Then I wrote to the customer service. The answer came immediately from Anita Li, who made a video on how to disassemble and reconnect the display. I didn't have much faith that it would work, I thought, at least I don't have to send the device to the factory, because it will be enough if they send a new display that I can replace. But after reconnecting, the display worked!!!! Thank you to the Spooky2 team for the quick and adequate help, the device was repaired so quickly: I am as satisfied as possible!!!!
