My support agent was very patient, understanding, and helpful. My 2022 Evo Titan original hydraulic piston is starting to fail on me; hence, I contacted support. During the whole process, they were understanding and provided all the necessary support to help me replace my hydraulic piston. Even when the replacement arrived and was malfunctioning, they went out of their way to provide me with another replacement.
