I immediately after purchased realized I used a default address which was my old one from where I just recently moved. I emailed customer service and within hours, Serana from the Content Collab Team emailed me and easily updated my address. I was pleasantly surprised as so many other companies are not that understanding and work that quickly! I haven’t purchased from this company prior, but from that alone I will return and recommend!
