Worse company ever.
My first Rotimatic experience with them was good. 1.5 years back, I tried to upgrade and ordered Rotimatic Next. The machine they sent wouldn't power on in just a few days. After several emails, they sent a replacement, which again stopped powering on in a few days. I sent both units back, and now it has been more than 1.5 years with no refund. I sent messages via email, chat, and their website. They will never reply. Every time, a different agent. They say we will escalate, but nothing happens. It has become a fraudulent company that boldly sells defective products with no concern for customer service.
