I have a Tbox Lite S that was working fine, but at one point I updated the firmware and it stopped appearing on the car's display; the device was still running, but I couldn't use it. I contacted technical support and explained the situation, and they kindly walked me through the steps to restore connectivity between the car and the device. I would like to thank Estella for her dedication and excellent service, as she helped me quickly, clearly, and efficiently.
