Expensive A/C delivered banged up!
Purchased an expensive A/C Unit and it was delivered all bent & banged up like as if it was rolled down a flight of stairs. Called Home Depot & they had UPS pick it up yesterday. Today I called & was told I wont get a credit for 4 or 5 days. So now by the time I get my money back to purchase another one half the summer will be over. I should have bought it from Amazon since they issue the credit as soon as a defective item is picked up, they don't punish the customer! Shame on you HD!
