I ordered something around April 6th
I ordered something around April 6th. I followed up on April 20th. They said it was on the way. On May 11th I followed up again. They said it was on the way.Then again on the May 17th, 20th, 21st, June 3rd, 10th, 16th, 22nd, 23red, 24th, 26th, 28th, 29th, 30th, July 1 and 7th. On July 7th I was told it had arrived. We have cameras and asked neighbors. No package arrived. Delivery address was correct. At each interaction I asked for a refund and they told me no because it had already left their facility. At one point they said they would send out another order. It never came. The package went from China to Sweden to Altanta to Arizona. They kept sending me tracking info that never made sense. Today, July 14th, still nothing has arrived and now they aren't returning my emails and won't give me a refund. I will say they always replied before now so they do keep up but to no positive end. Outrageous.
