Literalous Scam
The item was overheating and not keeping a charge (cheaply made). I requested a return and Literalous offered "$4.00 compensation." I disputed the charge with my bank and found out that Literalous had charged me $11.70 more than my receipt showed. I notified them of this and they offered "$8.00 compensation." I declined. Now Literalous is not responding. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.

Order was delivered as promised, but no instructions about how to connect it to my hose were included. The QR code did not work with my phone. I had to go to YouTube to try and find a video to tell me how to work this. Haven't been able to hook it up yet as no time yet. Hope it will work.

You can improve by saying up front that it's going to take weeks to get it. When the product comes there are really no good instructions with it on how to attach it etc. either. So I have not used it but I have my doubts that it will work well. I'm anxious to see.

I finally got the issue corrected on the last day and I saw all the correspondence that had been misdirected away from me! The AI bot that I asked for help to fix my computer actually DELETED ALL YOUR CORRESPONDENCE TO ME! I will try to reach you today. The order was placed in June. Lena Jones . I ordered something around April 6th. I followed up on April 20th. They said it was on the way. On May 11th I followed up again. They said it was on the way.Then again on the May 17th, 20th, 21st, June 3rd, 10th, 16th, 22nd, 23red, 24th, 26th, 28th, 29th, 30th, July 1 and 7th. On July 7th I was told it had arrived. We have cameras and asked neighbors. No package arrived. Delivery address was correct. At each interaction I asked for a refund and they told me no because it had already left their facility. At one point they said they would send out another order. It never came. The package went from China to Sweden to Altanta to Arizona. They kept sending me tracking info that never made sense. Today, July 14th, still nothing has arrived and now they aren't returning my emails and won't give me a refund. I will say they always replied before now so they do keep up but to no positive end. Outrageous.

Do nlt buy anything from this company. I do not beliwve that they actually have any products nd they are just a scam. I purchased some clothing on April 4th. It is now July and I have not received my purchases. I haven't heard anything from the company regarding my purchases, nor about ny request for a refund. Buyer beware!!

Wish I could give a big fat zero stars. What pieces of crap and liars! Wish I’d checked this first! Says they delivered it on 6/18 yet when I contacted them on 6/22 they told me it was still in transit. I’ll survive but will make it my mission to give negative press !!

I was very happily surprised at how clear my vision was, instantly. Even better than prescription lenses. I also loved the lightweight frames, and their shape, that doesn't squeeze into the sides of my head like ALL other glasses. My only complaint is the inside of the frame arms are very rough, and they pull my hair when I take them off
