We had a full ADT plus system installed…
We had a full ADT plus system installed by techs from Sacramento and it went down within 24 hours. We were given the run around via chat, sent from one team to another and the problem wasn't solved. The tech gave us his card and said call with questions or problems we did - again within 24 hours of the install he said "My supervisor won't let me come back. You'll have to call customer service and schedule a tech." When we did they said they couldn't get a tech out for 13 days!!! Horrible. We cancelled the service.
