I'm trying to exchange an item on sale because the size didn't fit me. But it doesn't have the size I need, so the answer I got was that the company can't do anything, which is politics. How can a company give an answer like this? Do I have to keep a product that the measurements on the site said would fit me, but it's actually out of the standard? It's not because it's a final promotion that you can treat the customer as if it were nothing. This is my first and last purchase with you. I doubt that the brand in Brazil would treat it this way. Don't trust this brand
