Beware!!
Beware!!! Do not book this place and if you do i would definitely not do it through this 3rd party. Go straight to rio website or somewhere else bc this company will completely ruin your trip, over and over. Then when you think they are going to make it right after multiple agents claim you will be compensated and be refunded .. then tell you to check out early so they can take care of it only to have you check out and turn around and deny the refund and blame the hotel and then to top it off they hit you with an entirely new charge again for the price of the stay bc of their "policy" .. oh not to mention I paid for a more expensive room top floor with a view of the strip and what I actually got was a standard cheap low floor no view room that the air didn't work. And don't think you are going to get any first time benefits let alone drink anything at all for free while your sitting their feeding the machines money all night bc they are still going to charge you $8 for a small regular coke and claim it's discounted. Like what in the actual *@$##@@ did I just experience? It still feels like a joke or a dream that I was charged over $600 for 2 nights in which I only stayed one due to the room situation and yet have not even received my $200 deposit back.... Like this can not be legal .... I will never return back nor will I ever use expedia ever again.. horrible company
