WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MY LIFE…
I normally don’t write reviews but customer service from this website has been the WORST!!! I ordered a jersey two months ago and I’m still waiting for it. Reached out several times asking for an ETA to no avail. Their order immediately showed as “delivered” in their website. I understand delays for the World Cup, however I would have preferred to have an honest ETA. They kept telling me it is coming. They sent me a tracking number that showed USPS was waiting for them to actually give them the item for weeks. After a while I email them again and tell me it’s my fault I don’t have the item, that the delivery service has tried to deliver multiple times and that I am “dishonest”. Mind you I work from home and wasn’t even told I had to arrange for a delivery. They change their story now as saying I was supposed to pick up from the post office. When I ask how was i supposed to know that, they say they sent the tracking number which never said any of that! I can’t believe the gaslighting and mistreatment, seriously this is abusive
