Constant Disappointment
Every month it’s something different. You literally have to jump through 12 hoops to receive the medication your ACTUAL DOCTOR said you need!!!!! Then, they have the nerve to say that being an employee of the state is the reasoning behind their ridiculous requirements. No I’m sure they did not know that people would need to nearly quit working to fulfill the requirements demand by this company! And on top of that the price of said medication went from $25 to $500. The poor people working the phones are extremely nice but literally can’t help with anything!
