Excellent customer service. Although I have only made a few insurance claims during the more than 15 years I have been with Amica, each one was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine support from knowledgeable representatives. Every step of the process was straightforward, and I always felt I was speaking with someone who was focused on helping rather than simply processing a claim.
