Excellent help from Spooky 2
Recently, I had reason to contact Support at Spooky2 as one of my XM generators was malfunctioning. The person I spoke to, Jared Jiang, was very helpful, and happy to go the extra mile. Even though the generator was just out of warranty, he provided me with a new screen at no cost. And sent a video showing how to install it. I cannot recommend Spooky2 Support highly enough.
