Poor customer service
Poor customer service, repeatedly attempted to renew without consent. We wanted to cancel and they kept trying to renew despite us never consenting to this and them sending repeated emails saying we had to login to renew. Then their customer support (supposedly live chat) is completely non responsive with no way of even tracking whether there is a queue, expected wait time etc. Waited >10 minutes without any sort of response. This is a company that does not care about their customers
