Unreachable sales people or maybe just Steven?
If you need to contact your sales person ours is Steven to turn on a feature to renew our certs good luck. You get the run around you might eventually get an email back that doesn't turn on the needed feature and yet your sales person is the only one who can do it. Support can't help and calling the main number those people can't help either. You can leave a voicemail and no one will call you back.

Poor experience with DigiCert. It's been almost two weeks since payment and still no clear instructions on next steps. Communication is extremely slow — they don't respond to emails for days. Very frustrating.

She very informative an told what the next steps would be. I have always had good help and response from the verification chat team... but Yolanda earned HERO status today.
