We get all our certificates from Digicert as well as VMC through our IP partner(Abion.com, awesome) and everything works perfectly. Did our yearly verification for VMC and spoke to Rashid Asvat who was knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. He explained the process and how it works to prevent exploitation by AI and we had a nice chat about security. Genuinely brightened my day with his spectacular demeanor. Had a similar experience the first time I did the verification process as well.

I contacted the validation support chat after a certificate request was in progress for some time. Wagiedah helped me with the initial validations quickly and efficiently. And Hano did the final approval really quickly.
Excellent technical support - Problem solved
I encountered an issue with HTTP DCV validation for an institutional subdomain. Despite my server logs showing successful bot access, the dashboard wouldn't update. Mitch Keyster stepped in and resolved the issue promptly. He demonstrated great technical expertise and understood the specifics of my setup (third-level subdomain without a "www" record). Excellent service and very knowledgeable staff!
