With the various recent changes to the DigiCert portal and certificate expiration policies, it is easy to get confused; however, the personalized attention from their representatives is precise and offers excellent guidance. First, Aumari Martinez provided excellent service via both email and video conference, and later, the assistance I received via chat from Valerie was also excellent. I am very satisfied with the service. We've been using DigiCert for our certificate management and the support experience has been outstanding. Response times are fast, the team is knowledgeable, and issues get resolved without unnecessary back-and-forth. It's rare to find this level of responsiveness at scale.
