I had a very positive experience with Secretlab’s customer support. I contacted them because I found the seat of my new chair a little too firm, despite loving everything else about it. Bonie was understanding and promptly escalated my concern, and Bambi handled the follow-up professionally and efficiently. After reviewing the photos and video I provided, the team explained the design of the chair and the possible adjustment period. More importantly, they went above and beyond by offering me a complimentary Secretlab Seat Cushion to help improve my comfort while I adjust to the chair. The cushion was arranged and shipped quickly, with clear communication and tracking details provided throughout the process. I really appreciated that the team listened to my concerns and offered a practical solution rather than simply dismissing the issue as a matter of personal preference.
