Official offer “You may try to resell it on a local market”
I’ve sent a video with the speech recognition issues shown, asked about some exchange options because I still wanted the item. Anyway, first response was “But Aibi answered your question”, (at the video he just started dancing and singing randomly…) and after that support replied that there is no option for sending the item back, because it works (from their point of view) even though my message was sent after less than a week of using. Their official offer is… “You may try to resell it on a local market” Worst experience ever. Do not recommend to anyone I have no option to attach the screenshots and created a case for the Trustpilot team for proofing my experience
