I ordered a PUIG SAMBA shoe on April 28, 2026. The shoe was meant to be delivered within two days however, it was not delivered until May 14, 2026; over 2 weeks later after numerous emails with their terrible customer support team. The customer support team had no idea on the status of the shoe except to read the same information that is already shown on their website back to you. They have the worst customer service and logistics!
