★☆☆☆☆ If I could give less than one star, I would. My experience with Yelp Ads has been extremely disappointing. The sales process felt aggressive, and canceling the service has been far more difficult than signing up. There is no clear option to cancel online through the app or business dashboard. Instead, I was told I must call during business hours just to stop my advertising. As a small business owner, I found this process frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming. I also felt pressured during my interactions with Yelp. Businesses should be able to cancel their subscriptions as easily as they can start them. I cannot recommend Yelp Ads based on my experience.
