I would never recommend Weave to anyone. Please don't waste your time, your money, or your energy—you will be extremely disappointed. Our experience has been nothing but frustrating. We continue to experience technical issues on a daily basis, and despite repeatedly reporting them, they remain unresolved. Their support system has been beyond disappointing. Almost every day I have to send emails documenting new or ongoing issues, complete with videos, screenshots, timestamps, and other evidence. Despite providing extensive documentation, we are still not receiving the help needed to resolve these problems. Instead of allowing us to focus on our patients, we've had to spend countless hours troubleshooting software that should simply work. The ongoing issues have caused unnecessary stress and have negatively impacted our day-to-day operations. If you're considering Weave, I strongly encourage you to do your research before signing a contract. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.
