I contacted the customer service team as I wished to purchase the EcoFlow RIVER 3 Portable Power Station but wasn't sure it would be delivered in time for our camping trip. The customer service team could not have been more helpful, they investigated stock levels and contacted the logistics team to prioritise, if possible, my order to ensure delivery. The logistics team kept me informed as to the status of my order at all times and when I could expect delivery which was within 3 working days. Having received the product I am exceptionally happy, having researched various products on the website I felt this product would be suitable for our requirements - everything about the product is exactly as it claims and shows on the website and I am very happy. The whole experience has been very positive and I would not hesitate in recommending the company or product,
