Placed an order during their recent sale. Was not expecting anything to happen quickly, sales usually slow everything down with any company. I was surprised to get notice that the item was shipping within a few hours. GREAT!....Wrong, this was the start of the problem. Took 3 days for anything to even start moving. Shipped with some company called SpeedX. Seemed to move quickly once it was in the shippers hands. 3 days later, it shows "At destination facility 6:38am" that was 8 days ago. I reached out to Sunlu, they tell me to reach out to the courier. It's just some AI chat bot with no actual information or way to contact anyone. Reach back out to Sunlu. "You will have to wait until xxxx date and then file for a refund." The date provided was after their 30 day return window. So it looks like my options are wait it out and hope, or file a dispute with my bank. Guess I am shopping for a new filament provider.
