The knives are well made, customer service has been a bit tough
The knives are really solid, good quality. However, the order I initially made was supposed to have the Odin Cleaver and somehow I ended up with the Odin chef 6". The ordering process for sets is a bit glitchy. Contacted customer service to see about making changes to my order before it shipped, but there wasn't adequate attention to detail in the responses I received. I did recieve an order about 7 business days after i made it, so good there on Northern's order fulfillment and shipping processes. Unfortunately, I have been trying to contact customer service about making a partial exchange and refund of the knives/sheaths, but no response in over a week. Doesn't seem that Northern has enough administrative capacity.
