one star is too generous
one star is too generous. Following a non delivery due to damage, I was told a refund would be given within 14 days and to reorder myself! Item was for my sons birthday so completely missed it. Offered gesture of goodwill discount which only works on certain items, not the one i ordered. I thought Nike was a reputable brand?! Appalling customer service, can't resolve a simple situation.
