Was sent the wrong item. Terrible customer service trying to get the right item. Any response was significantly delayed and people kept changing meaning no continuity and constantly being directed to bots and/or ghosted mid conversation. Shocked that this is the level of service for a business that charges such a high price point for the limited quality. Will never be recommending or shopping here again. Terrible online ordering experience where the fault lies with the seller and they have not taken proper responsibility or action in fixing it in line with their duties according to UK Law.
