I mistakenly booked the wrong unit and I couldn’t get it fixed online and I went into the office for the 1850 SE Miehe Dr Grimes, IA location and the manager Alyssa was a huge help and was able to get my unit and bill transferred to my correct unit within 2 minutes of walking in the front door she was super nice and got me squared away would recommend renting from this location.
