Terrible service - go elsewhere
Despite ordering samples from this company first out of the three companies I was assessing, the samples arrived well after the others. Pricing is much lower than the other companies, but the service is correspondingly lower. They sent me samples for colors that then were not able to be ordered. The % off offer when I ordered samples was supposed to be available for orders placed within 30 days, but no one could actually help me apply that. Online chat is only "customer service" and they can't actually answer any product questions. I was directed to call, only to wait 15 minutes before being connected again to "customer service" who could not answer my question and then needing to be put into a queue for the "design consultants". I gave up at that point. Not worth the hassle.
