Very disappointed with the service
Very disappointed with the service. My parcel has been delayed for over a week despite multiple follow-ups with customer service. I had already provided clear instructions, but there was still no progress or proper update. The communication between customer service and the delivery team needs significant improvement. This experience was frustrating and far below my expectations.
