Possible online scam
Online notary service never worked. Opened four support tickets, no response whatsoever to any of them besides the initial submission confirmation. Received notice that mail had been returned to sender. Opened more support tickets, zero response. Requested cancellation, zero response.no option to cancel except through support .Reported to credit card provider as a potential scam to e retrieve fees. Not sure this is a real company, could be a scam.
