I ordered a sofa there
I ordered a sofa there, the timeline was 6-8 weeks. After a months of waiting I noticed that the deadline started to move over 9 weeks already. I sent them an email where they claimed that there was a defect and thus there's a little delay, offered me 5% discount to wait more. Because they couldn't confirm the exact deadline, I said that this discount won't help me much and asked them to mention the exact deadline, after which they just canceled the order without asking me. So basically I wasteв more than a month. The whole room was designed around this sofa. They completely ruined everything
