I ordered 3 items
I ordered 3 items, only 2 of my items i actually ordered arrived as expected, though the last item was a pair of shorts when I actually ordered a Jumper, mistakes happen so I wasnt too fussed. I have emailed multiple times and told them about this issue, i wanted to bring these items on my holiday. It takes ages for them to investigate anything and it makes you feel like youre in the wrong. In the end I just sent everything back in one package, I have chased and chased for money back but im still waiting, now it seems the package is lost. So im out of pocket, with no items, and I just keep getting told to wait a few more days. I dont think I will order from here again, the items were nice and as described, but i cant trust the payment side. I have provided proof of postage, I have sent multiple pictures of what actually arrived, and still theyre investigating further and ive been waiting ages. I dont usually complain, I dont like to, but im out of pocket now and very frustrated
