From the bottom of hell
From the bottom of hell, Manuel the “manager” is the final boss of uselessness — the guy you wait an hour to reach so he can calmly inform you that absolutely nothing will be done and this entire nightmare is, somehow, your problem. You crawl your way up the customer‑service food chain, get transferred, put on hold, disconnected, and reconnected, just to finally reach Manuel, the alleged authority… who proceeds to repeat policy lines like a broken NPC and tell you his hands are tied. It’s not rage, not empathy, just that cold corporate shrug: “There’s nothing we can do,” delivered like a death sentence on your time, money, and vacation. In the deepest pit, Manuel isn’t there to solve anything; he’s there to close the loop, politely push you off a cliff, and log your suffering as “resolved.”
