Absolutely terrible service + trying to get refund
Absolutely terrible service. An order was returned to the store as I did not realise the dasher had arrived and they did not phone or knock on the door, they sent an sms I did not see. A lengthy discussion with Door Dash as they said I have fortfieted the cost of my whole order including delivery fees. Happy to lose delivery fee but the cost for the goods also was outragious. A night and day of arguing and I received a credit. I would hate to think of how much money has been pocketted by Door Dash by people accepting there 'term and conditions' that include some that don't match Australia's consumer laws.
