My experience with FTUK has been very disappointing. In my experience, the company did not honor my profit payout, and instead of paying my earnings, I was offered a free replacement account. Unfortunately, the replacement account came with the same restrictions and issues I had already experienced. It was also labeled as a demo account, which made me question the nature of the accounts being provided. Another concern I had was the inconsistency in how warnings were handled. During my first account, before I requested my first payout, I never received any warnings about alleged rule violations. However, after my payout request was rejected and I was given a replacement account, I started receiving warning notifications for similar situations. This inconsistency raised serious concerns for me about fairness and transparency.
