Placed order in April and received in late July
Placed order in April and have not received my item. I spent $1200. They respond via whatsapp when placing the order but have ghosted me since when I queried ETA. Do not buy from this website. It is a scam. UPDATE!! On 28/7/26, I came home and found the MASSIVE package on my front porch. Product was well packaged in foam, cardboard and wood. This was a complete surprise. I'm not sure how long it had been sitting on the porch for. I had to leave it out for the rest of the day as it needed 2 people to carry into the house. The product is well made and solid. The colour is more yellow than online but I'm hoping the pinewood will darken over time. I almost want to buy another product from their website but nervous about the lack of communication and reviews online. They have a 5 year warranty which I don't believe in since they ghosted me for so long when I was enquiring on the eta of my purchase. Changed from 1 star experience due to lack of communication to 3 stars due to product quality.
