Unreliable tracking in Saint Louis &…
Unreliable tracking in Saint Louis & drivers picking their own routes. While I am all about efficiency? I’m also about reliability. Currently happy nests window is big, ranging from very early in the morning (7am) to later evening (8pm). I live in a pretty questionable area with a lot of porch theft, so 5th on the list or 15th, I rely on the company to be reliable. When they tell me I’m next, the expectation is to put my items outside for pick up in a reasonable timeframe. Instead the “up next” message is more of a suggestion and items can sit (or i’ll wait, if it’s drop off) 1-3 hours, without tracking updates on the website. I’ve sent messages and made calls every time I get the back to back notifs (every pickup and drop off) about my laundry. The common excuse is the drivers are choosing to not use the route given to them and are going out of order. I’ve also been told it’s a “connectivity” issue based on the drivers mobile connection. I understand the want to be efficient, but then also understand the customers are relying on the company with their belongings, to follow their own guidelines and rules. They would probably save a lot of frustration if the “up next” spam wasn’t just a suggestion to the driver at this point. I guess my biggest annoyance is, they expect customers to adhere to their policies (which are reasonable), but seem unwilling to offer the same courtesy to the customer. edit: I’d like to note that if things like this were reliable, the service and the customer support are great and i’d change my review and suggest the service.
