Great experience with Liberty
When I placed my claim, Liberty got back to me in less than 24 hrs. They determined over the phone that my garbage disposal needed to be replaced — which saved time and money on unnecessary technician visit and expense. The cost/coverage for the replacement was thoroughly explained and then I was patiently guided through the process of accepting the new item. Liberty took care of finding a comparable replacement item, ordered it, and chose the company to install it and remove/discard the old one. The cost of the new garbage disposal and all but $50 of the installation/removal charge is covered by my Liberty policy! They made it super easy and saved me a lot of money!
