INITIAL “human” NOT HELPFUL - difficult accent to understand
The “human male” who answers the initial call is difficult to understand and not helpful, somewhat condescending. The chat bot was more helpful than the human! The woman sales rep was helpful but tech support is too limited. Your price points are too high - for the largest sunshade I went to Costco online and saved $2000 over your price but ordered 4 sunshades from selectblinds as wanted specific color in taupe
