No flexibility of courier options. We selected Australia Post as it is the most reliable courier for the type of product we are shipping. Shipito cancelled our selection and forced us to use DHL, which is more costly. Now DHL is holding our items at their US hub for days with no sign of release. This has cost our business. We will not trust Shipito again.
