Used ASDA's groceries home delivery service on and off fro some years now, and it has been reasonably convenient. Two things I have noticed that have changed recently. 1. The (sometimes very) short use by a dates on perishable products, and 2. Refunds frequently not happening on items that are handed back to the driver. I'm guessing that either a) the driver can't be bothered to process the refund, or b) that (particularly more attractive / higher cost) produce is being stolen by the drivers (a few drivers, but not all). *you know who you are*
