We ordered one of the Havie lamps and we were checking to see when it would be delivering. I sent my request tracking my product. And the very next day it showed up. But still I got an email response from Isabelle let me know all the shipment information. I appreciate the prompt response back. Sorry for my impatience on waiting for it to show. But my wife and I were very excited to get it and how the quality would be. And I must say it’s more than what we expected. So much so we are thinking of ordering another one for ourselves. But we were thinking it might be a wonderful Christmas present for this coming season. Some we maybe ordering a whole lot more. Again great product for the price and great customer service.
