Lazada customer service sided with scammer
Lazada customer service had became so horrible ever since they shifted their call centre overseas. Not to mention the English that’s hard to understand, they became so money minded that they sided with a seller that “cheated” me of $5. They refused to see my evidence pictures that the product does not work as intended and insisted the seller is right to reject my cancellation. Just for $5 Lazada had to scoop so low. I was telling my friend Lazada customer service is still better than shopee. Now evidently Lazada and shopee both have horrible customer service who only wants $$$$
