Order was not delivered on time
I placed an order on May 27 for a con on July 2. Tailoring time was estimated 7-35 days. Paid for rush shipping (3-5 days) just in case. Despite filing two support tickets I did not receive any communication AT ALL until July 16 when I threatened to file a chargeback with Paypal. The order was not shipped until July 13 and I did not receive it until July 20, meaning the rush shipping also did not deliver as promised. Horrible experience. I will never order from this or any other online cosplay shop again.
