Cancelled a service call on 6/10/2026 over the phone and on 7/22/2026 adt took $178 out of my account for a service call that was cancelled they basically stole the money because a tech never came to my home yet they charged me without a signedinvoice nor authorization from me then they tell me i have to wait 7-10days for a refund of the money they shouldve never took out of my account in the first place so im filing with the ag's office as well as the bbb
