No service without photos
I ordered two pillows but received only one. Contacted customer service (they have my name wrong on their emails despite it being the fourth email in the thread)and was told to send them photos of the box labels, content laid out etc. They do not even know what they shipped but I have to provide proof of what I received so that they can give me the customer service runaround. I can see no satisfactory resolution to their poor business practices. Stay away from this “company”. Always read reviews before making a purchase!! Always! Please note that this company always replies to negative reviews with the same, “we want to work with you to make it right” crap but you, the customer, always has to generate photographic evidence before they will work with you. I am out about $100 but the lesson has been learned. This company has poor business practices and returns cost the consumer additional money. Plus, the pillow is simply not as advertised. It is hot, flimsy and not worth even the $15 return fee. Google better pillows!
